Precision Motion Control

The iMotion series by Tuotuo use a non-contact, ultra-high-precision optical encoder to directly measure the position of the motion platform, also known as a closed loop system. Motion control of the standard stage can achieve a high-precision of 50 nm incremental motion and ±200 nm bidirectional repeatability. The position measurement is not impacted by non-linear effects, mechanical action, or elastic deformation.
