The blade is embedded with diamond particles using a sintering process (Metal Bond) for cutting. Thanks to diamond’s exceptional hardness, it can cut through nearly any material—from metals and gemstones to ceramics and composites—providing a longer lifespan compared to standard abrasives. Consequently, operational costs are significantly reduced due to the need for fewer replacements.
Standard Blade's Arbor Size is 0.5 inches or 12.7 mm. Any arbor size can be made. We can also enlarge any arbor or reduce it by using a bushing.
The blade core is SAE / AISI 1065 low alloy spring steel. With its excellent hardness and tensile strength, it is ideal as blade core.
The Edge Type is Continuous Rim. The Edge width is 4mm.
